facilities in the way described on this website. We will provide customers with
the best service and facilities as described with reasonable care and skill.

- alter the timetable, location, number of courses, sessions and method of delivery of our
courses, provided such alterations are reasonable.

- An individual will be entitled to withdraw from a registered
course or services by writing to us within a reasonable time of being informed of the change.
- DeLuxe-ICT do not refund payment for services or products sold
including training.
- A partial refunds may be considered on exceptional basis at the
discretion and approval by the General Manager.
DeLuxe-ICT will make certain services available to our customers by default.
These services may include e-learning, classroom training support, free internat
access, CV-related services and other facilities as it considers appropriate.
However, such services may vary from time to time.
Upon registration of a customer on a course or the sale of a product to a customer,
the relationship between the customer and us (DeLuxe-ICT) becomes contractual.
